The Knowledge Circle: why we keep the room small

HREN's newest format trades the stage for a circle. Its first session, led by Rashed Mosarof Chowdhury, set the tone.

Conferences are good at scale. Some conversations need the opposite. The Knowledge Circle is HREN's small-group format: seats are limited on purpose, to keep the discussion good and give everyone in the room a part in it.

Session 1

The first circle met on 9 May 2026, conducted by Rashed Mosarof Chowdhury, Head of HR & Administration at Dabur Bangladesh.

It brought together an enthusiastic group of HR professionals for an engaging, interactive session of knowledge sharing. The energy and the exchange of ideas in the room were the point: a meaningful platform for continuous learning and professional growth.

Collaboration, learning and community, at a size where everyone takes part.

More sessions are planned, and seats will stay limited. Follow HREN on LinkedIn to hear first, or see the Session 1 page.
